quantatative electroencephenograpy (qeeg)
qEEG, commonly referred to as brain mapping, stands for quantitative electroencephalography. The process Looks like this:
-Clinician and client review intake information
-Client rests as comfortably as possible in a slightly reclined position.
-Clinician places the cap on a client's head and adjusts for a quality recording of electrical brain wave activity.
-Records activity for 20+ minutes (with instructions for eyes open/closed while relaxing in chair along with some tasks).
-Clinician removes cap & wipes clean.
-Done! Report is returned within 2-3 weeks for review after invoice payment is made in full.
-Clinician and client review report and begin neurotraining (if appropriate) based on protocol recommendations.
