~What are some of the outdoor recreational activities available to choose from? Minnesota offers a wide variety of recreational activities. Many of them require travel to and from a site. However, with the vast amount of lakes and trails in Minnesota, many activities can be found right out your back door! ~Where are you located? Mindful Restoration LLC is located in New Prague, MN and serves the greater Twin Cities metropolitan area. We travel and do many activities outside of the metro-area including the Mankato/St.Peter area, Rochester, Duluth, and northern Minnesota.
~Do you have a cancellation policy? Yes, please cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours in advance. We charge full price for no shows and short notice cancellations. For cancellations within the 24 hours, we charge 50% of the session fee.
~Are you able to meet special accommodations? Most definitely! We will do our best to accommodate outdoor recreational activities to fit your personal needs. It is our part of our mission to accommodate as best we can which means from time to time, we'll work with outfitters to ensure we aim for maximum participation. If we can't make it happen, we'll keep working on it with you to come up with innovative ways to meet your needs. If we can't, well; we're not perfect and we don't pretend to be.
~Do I need to provide transportation? Yes. Unless your event is a group event and you opt to have us arrange the transportation. Transportation to and from sites is client responsibility. We highly encourage car-pooling, public transportation, and/or bicycling. If you are unable to get to a site, let's chat and make arrangements that best meet your needs.
~Is every session outdoors? No, some sessions and activities are done indoors. It depends on the activity and weather. Sessions indoors always include an element of nature that is woven into the practice. Mind-body skills groups are held indoors to enhance confidentiality.
